2. Wallet Use
Mage Wallet provides account-based access to supported digital asset services. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials, passwords and devices secure.

3. Supported Asset Services
Mage Wallet supports Receive, Send, swaps, Staking Plans and the Referral Program for Supported Assets on Supported Networks, subject to the product terms shown in the account.

4. USDT & Staking
Staking Plans may be available through USDT on Supported Networks. Review the applicable amount, duration, fees, risks and early-termination conditions before confirming.

5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Users may not use Mage Wallet services for:
- Money laundering or terrorism financing
- Fraud or market manipulation
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
5.2 Creating multiple accounts by one User is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be restricted, suspended or closed according to account review procedures.
5.3 Abuse of the Referral Program, including self-referral or creating artificial accounts for bonus exploitation, is strictly forbidden. Detected abuse may result in account restrictions, account closure or referral reward adjustments.

6. Limitation of Liability
Mage Wallet is not liable for losses due to user error or digital-asset, blockchain-network, platform, third-party service and market risks.

7. Jurisdiction
Terms and disputes are handled according to applicable product terms and mandatory legal requirements.

8. Payout Processing
Payouts are processed according to the rules defined in this document, product terms, network conditions, and applicable requirements.

9. Third-Party Payment Systems
Mage Wallet is not responsible for technical failures or disruptions in third-party payment systems used by the User for Receive, Send or other supported account actions.

10. Irreversibility of Transactions
Every Send, Receive, swap or other transaction action initiated by the User is considered final once processed on the applicable Supported Network.

11. User Responsibility
Mage Wallet is not liable for losses caused by incorrect actions, inaccurate details or mistakes made by the User. Users should review all account actions before confirmation.

12. Intellectual Property
All content and tools published on the Mage Wallet website are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or use on external platforms is strictly prohibited.
